Tricia is a wife, mother of 2, a grandmother of 3 beautiful boys, life coach, an educator, program developer, and fitness mentor with a passion for helping others with her broad range of experience.
Tricia’s professional life began with teaching and with a passion for fitness and wellbeing went on to become South Australian Sport Aerobic champion in 1989 / 90 and educator for fitness professionals at TAFESA.
Very unexpectedly in 2006, Tricia was diagnosed with bowel cancer and after recovering; she made the move and started a business in health and wellness life coaching. It was through that she discovered her love and ability for positively supporting others towards their wellbeing.
It was in 2011 that she put her professional life on hold as she took on the caring role for her husband Steve as he faced stage 4 Mantle Cell Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. It was through this time she realised it is more than treatment that helps you recover.
Her self-published book '22:44 Our Hidden Gift' brings a narrative that describes life around this time with cancer as well as many powerful insights around personal change.
Her unique combination of skill, knowledge and experience is instrumental to the way she now works with people.
She motivates and inspires people to create their own unique rhythm and move towards what they vision is best for them.
Whether it is personal, at work or in life… She sees that it is the person themselves who hold the key to success and her approach helps create the environment to do so.
